If you are sick in ANY sort, have cold/flu symptoms, and or allergies please DO NOT book or cancel appointment. If you come showing ANY sickness signs you will be asked to leave.

New clients MUST bring cash for the remainder of their balance. NO credit/debit accepted until further notice.  For safety, quality and guarantee of service, I DO NOT work over other techs or nail salon work. Nails MUST be bare! No leftover acrylic, gel, or even clear polish.

Book service you desire; if you don't book it, you don't get it. Read ALL policies before booking. ALL services have descriptions. Please DO NOT claim you didn't know, or you didn't see it. EVERYTHING offered is listed and very simple if you just take the time to READ.

ALL appointments require $52 nonrefundable retainer. Make sure your information (ex. name, email, phone number) is correct to process payment. Cancellations before deposit is paid may or may not be subject to re-booking.

If you arrive 10 minutes late for services; your appointment may be cancelled. No grace period is given. Your late fee WILL be 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services. No matter how late you are. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment, to avoid

being late.

If you have booked an appointment for a service and decide to NO SHOW, you WILL be charged 100% of the total cost of your scheduled services to the card on file. And then removed from my client list. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please DO NOT bring kids or guests to your appointment, unless otherwise allowed to do so. This is your time to be pampered without ANY distractions. If you must meet someone to bring, money, keys, etc., meet them outside opposed to asking them to come inside after you have made sure it was ok to do so.

 Reschedules MUST be made 24-hr prior to appointment. New appointment should be rescheduled within 3 days. Max 1X to reschedule with same deposit.  Mandatory manicure monthly, separate from full set/fill in. Maintenance available during mani (except soak off) if time permits. New full set every 6 months 3-4 weeks for fill in. Over 5 weeks is automatic new set. Must establish PayPal account.
