BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
At Doll'd Up Studio, we bring the salon to you, with our mobile salon services and our stellar nail care treatments. Because traveling to and from locations is a major investment for our company, we need to know you'll still want services before we arrive.

PAYMENT
For groups, events and or parties, a 50% service deposit and travel fee is required to reserve and secure the date (deposit(s) goes towards the final total) and a signed service agreement is also required.
**Appointments are confirmed only once a credit card and or deposit and consent form is received for each person.
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE
All in-home and or mobile services are subject to a minimum service fee of $150 per person, even if the chosen service(s) total less. Travel fees are NOT part of the minimum service charge.
CANCELLATIONS
Groups, parties and events will need to cancel 5 days ahead of your appointment time to avoid losing travel fee and or deposit. (At business owners' discretion)
NO SHOWS/ RUNNING BEHIND
If the technician cannot reach the client(s), or the client(s) is not at the specified location and or cannot be serviced for any reason, or health conditions were not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to:
** You will be charged the full amount of the services booked for these reasons.
** Please be mindful of the nail technician's time. We allot enough time for services and travel time, and they may have other clients scheduled after the appointment, so it is important that they be able to start on time. Otherwise, the services may have to be shortened and or cancelled and client will be charged 100% of service(s).
There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may not be able to provide the service, if you're going to late. Please let us know as early as possible and we will try our best to make it work with each client.
If for any reason the nail technician is running late, we will notify you as soon as possible and your service will not be affected. You also will be compensated for time loss.
Traveling fees will be determined upon making the appointment. Travel fees are not part of the minimum service charge.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the service charge but are optional and always appreciated. If you choose to add gratuities, we can add it to your final total when we charge for services.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
Doll'd Up Studio reserves the right to refuse services if they determine there are any contraindications, medical conditions that were not disclosed at the time of reservation or if the client acts inappropriate.
This would include but not limited to conditions such as open wounds, fungus or infectious diseases.
** If we arrive and are unable to provide service(s) for any reason(s), we reserve the right to refuse service and client will still be charged 100% of service fees.
HOW MOBILE APPOINTMENTS WORK
Our nail technician brings everything needed to perform the service(s). We bring towels, tools, bowls, manicure table, and a variety of polish/gels to choose from. We use disposable, nail files, buffers, sanding bands and other single-use tools that are discarded after each client. We also disinfect all metal implements in hospital grade disinfectant and an autoclave sterilizer. The only thing we may ask from the client to provide is seating, power outlets, and access to water for hand washing.
WHY PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN A TRADITIONAL NAIL SALON?
The reason the prices are higher than in a normal brick & mortar nail salon setting is not only for the quality of services itself, but for the convenience and for the total time involved. The idea of the mobile service is to be convenient for the client, so the manicurist must in-turn take the burden of the inconvenience to make that possible. This is all translated through the cost of the service(s). By comparison though, you will find that our prices are very comparable to other mobile nail services, if not lower.
TECHNICIAN EXPERTISE
We are experienced in servicing and accommodating clients with almost any health conditions or special needs. We provide services to clients from children to seniors: with diabetes, ingrown fingernails, bed/home bound, mobility issues, to chronic to terminal illness, etc. We ensure that the client receives the service(s) needed and be comfortable, relaxed, and feel pampered.
COVID-19 PRECAUTION
Our technician practices safe protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and all other communicable diseases. We are following all our standard safety protocols plus more based on the guidelines set by the state and federal guidelines. Masks and or gloves are worn at all times.
In the event the technician or the client develop symptoms, the appointment(s) will be rescheduled for another date without penalty.
Our business has always taken extra safety and health precautions prior to Covid.
** Our standard procedures:
We always use new files and buffers. Anything that is disposable, we DO NOT reuse. All our metal implements are cleaned, sanitized, disinfected and autoclaved sterilized. The manicure table is wiped down with disinfectant before and after each client and during services. We are licensed in all our services, and certified in the products and cleaning products we use. We always use gloves for all services.
For mobile services, we may be limited on what safety measurements we can provide because we are coming to your location of choice. However, we will do everything on our end we possibly can to have a clean and sterile service and environment.
