YES, you can reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the original scheduled appointment. New appointment should be rescheduled within 3 days. Max 1X to reschedule with same deposit. New deposit required for additional reschedules.

 Doll'd Up Studio does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. Here at Doll’d Up, we guarantee satisfactory service(s) for your custom nail care needs. If you are not satisfied with your nails at time of service, we will happily fix them at the time of service. We DO NOT accept deferred payments. Please ensure you have all monies with you before you arrive for services. If you leave without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.

Hygienically negligent; wiping or rubbing bodily fluids off various body parts. NO SHOW, Negative or irate behavior, Overstepping boundaries, Nervous fidgeting, eating while being serviced. Also, hands free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during a service. Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times and can make both you and your nail technician late for your next engagement.

The retainer for appointment service is $52. Which is nonrefundable. $50 goes towards your services and the remaining $2 balance goes towards Point Of Sale processing.

No, I do not accept walk-in customers. My schedule is limited and well-orchestrated to accommodate each client. I'm on an appointment system to ensure my clients are getting my full potential and satisfied with their services and both the client and I can have a great experience with

each other.
